To meet the FP2030 goals, major players from the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN) at the 8th NCFP 2024 have disclosed that it would invest about ₦4.6 billion ($2.8 million) in Family Planning to reach five million Nigeria users.
During the 8th Nigeria Family Planning Conference, PSHAN also unveiled its commitment to increasing the uptake of family planning services, aligning with leaders, advocates, experts, and implementers dedicated to addressing the challenges faced in this sector.
The announcement marks a pivotal step in mobilising private sector resources to support family planning initiatives in Nigeria, reinforcing the collective effort to overcome existing FP barriers and improve access to essential health services.
